I don’t provide (personalized/one-on-one/Private Conversation) help.

Connectclip and tv adapter are updated inside Genie 2 - you connect it to the computer with a cable, and Genie 2 detects updates.
Genie 2 / Help / Open help files / Type "firmware update" into the search box / Press Enter

Upgrading from older versions of Genie If you are running an older version of Genie (2019.2 or earlier), you must first update it to version 2020.1, and then you are able to install any newer version. If you already have a previous version of Genie 2 installed, client sessions will still be visible

Hi all. I’m looking to download the Oticon Genie program.
I have oticon OPN 1, and I also have a noahlink wireless.
Any help would be appreciated

Try asking a previous software requester via PM/Private Mail/Conversation ☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), and then pass-it-on (in Private Conversations) to help future DIYers. Tip; You can start a private Conversation with the previous requester by mouse hovering over their avatar.
