Can any one share the 12 Digit Access Code for Sivantos Mobile Fitting Hearing Aids specially the Vibe SP8 hearing aids.
I have purchase one set online, but after the sale the dealer is saying there is no service in my area and that I need to send the Aids back to him for reprogramming.
If I have the access code to the Fitting Software then I could program the Aids myself and get the best out from them.
I have written to Sivantos also , but they ask me to contact the seller who is not cooperating.
What use is a semi-programmable hearing aid without programming facility.
