I’m wearing Widex hearing aids that I bought from specsavers about 8yrs ago I need them turned up and fine tuned, I’ve been in touch with specsavers but they no longer deal with Widex and no longer have the software, I just need to know what software and the correct programming instruments I need as I used to work in a hearing centre so know how to program them any help would be great as at the moment I can’t hear

Hi there. For programming older Widex hearing aids (Smart RIC [2024], Magnify [2023], Moment Sheer [2022], Moment [2020], Evoke [2018], Beyond [2016], Unique [2015], Dream [2013] ) you normaly use Widex Compass GPS software, exept for programming the new Widex Allure (2025) hearing aids which need access to Widex Cloud for programming.

The Widex Smart RIC is based on the Moment plattform.

Only the Widex SmartRIC/Moment/Moment Sheer BTE/RIC and some Magnify (60) can be programmed via Noahlink wireless.

For Moment ITE/CIC and older Widex devices (families: Evoke, Beyound, Unique, Dream etc. ) you need a Widex Pro Link (or Widex USB Link) accessory for programming. see here

I don't know if Specsavers used Widex Compass GPS software for your hearing aids or if the Specsavers have a special veersion of the Compass GPS software.
