I bought the Audikast 4 HA. Learned one TV has optical out and the new one does not. The old TV also has a switch in sound settings to enable HDMI ARC which requires a ARC cable that has USB-A for power and an optical out so on both TVs I used the ARC audio extractor to the Audikast 4 HA transmitters. On both, I also used a USB splitter so I could power them with the TV so when it is on the transmitters are on and go off with the TV.
Audikast 4 HA cost $79.99 each on Amazon in the US. An HDMI ARC cable is $24.99. Or, you can buy the Audikast 4 HA with ARC built in for $119.99.
The auracast sound is spectacular, every bit as good as using a tvlink but I do not have connection issues plus the range is tremendous compared to bluetooth.
Also, the hearing aid mfgrs links are 4 times the price of the aftermarket items so save yourself a lot money and don't buy at the audiologist whether it is for auracast or bluetooth. Avantree makes excellent products.
