Can you say which hearing aid model? Or can you post closeup pictures?

If your AudioSync hearing aid model is a legacy hearing aid model You may be able to run Starkey Inspire software in Multi-Brand mode to fit some AudioSync models.

Also you may be able to run Starkey Profit software in Multi-Brand mode to fit newer AudioSync models???

Please read a DIY School Hearing Aids PDF Filed named (Unlocking ReBranded Hearing Aids) and scroll down to the Starkey section because the PDF file is alphabetized by manufacturer.
 
Aside from Starkey Rebranded models, I don't know about any other ReBranded models. But it is possible they may exist, and we just have not yet found the Rebranded fitting software.
