Did your read your PM/Private Message/Conversation (typically flagged by a notification on the envelope icon) at the upper-right corner of your hearingaidtalk window.

You have to install the fitting software on a Windows Computer and then (use a hearing aid programming device/hardware) to connect the hearing aids to the fitting software. Also, different hearing aid models may require different hardware for connecting.

As if that wasn't complicated enough, ReBranded hearing aids (which is what you have) are even more complicated and sometimes also locked.

Suggestions:

• Say what model hearing aid you have.
• Read a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (Unlocking ReBranded Hearing Aids)

Aura:fit AudioNova v5.7 (or 5.6/5.1) (not yet found) is likely ReBranded Unitron; Models (AudioNova B, AudioNova DX, AudioNova D, AudioNova T) and (NovaSense Elite, AudioNova Basic+, NovaSense Basic).
