Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation for info on how to find Unitron Aurafit Vista 5.5.1 which is not the latest version, and you did not say which model you are trying to fit, so it may or may not work for your model?

Moin, from Germany.
I learned from another forum that I need the AuraFit software for my Unitron Vista v3/312. The Unitron TrueFit doesn't recognize the hearing aid and says "unknown device" but has the correct S/N. Perhaps someone can help me?

Hello Everyone,

I have been fitted with Unitron Vista 5 last week. Audi did a great job with rem session and fitting.

Now, I need to fine tune theses setting.

So, I am looking for Aurafit for Vista hearing aid.

Careful... There is no such thing as fine tuning. For example, during a fitting session you might change your acoustics from Open Dome to Power dome (see AI Overview below). That change (or some other change that is significant enough to cause the fitting software to re-calculate your (prescribed/Rx'd/calculated settings) will replace your old settings with new settings and during that process the REM adjustments will be gone!!

Well not actually gone forever (if they were saved in a previous fitting session). See Step 4 – Save your Original Professional Settings (if any) in a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (02 How to Program your Hearing Aids);

Hi, Yes, we always need to be careful in life. Backup of the settings is the first thing to do.
But, I am happy to reports, that vista 5.5.1 does work with my vista v5 UP.

Larsen adjusted. No more whistling while I remove the HA.
Beep lowered. Wife does not hear the beep while I change program.

Those are the only 2 settings I changed so far, I am still in the first 30 days of wearing thoses HA. Hence I proceed with small step.

You can try using the HoH-COMMUNITY FILE SHARING PROCEDURE which is documented near the end of a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File named (01 Free Hearing Aid Fitting Software). Note that this procedure is completely voluntary/optional and there is no requirement to participate in the task of sharing with others.
