The program doesn't recognize them, even though they're up to date.

Are you using Genie 2017.1 for Legacy hearing aids, and not Genie2 2025.1 for newer/Current?

I use the CS44 4-pin cable I always connect to my Oticon, and it works. I also tried Noahlink Wireless, but unfortunately it doesn't connect. Note that I used Genie 2017.1 and Genie2 2025.1.

Oticon jet is same as siya Reinstall Genie 2 and select market China or any Asian country it will be connected
