I’m looking for a download link or guidance for the Rexton Connexx / Connexx 9 software or whatever works for Rexton Reach hearing aids.
I normally would go through Costco for adjustments, but there isn’t a Costco hearing center close to where I live, so I’m hoping to do some tuning myself with a Noahlink Wireless.
Last time I went back to fix balance issue where one was amplifying way more than the other and I tried to stick with it for a month thinking it’s me who need to get used to it. What do you know.. he looks and says oh yeah this needs adjustment. Now I think he over adjusted and I really don’t want to travel back or wait a few more weeks.
If anyone can point me to the correct version for Reach models (9.12+ or newer), I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
