I’ve just started with self-programming. I’ve read the DIY manual and I’m trying to follow the instructions closely, so the first thing I did after connecting my hearing aids was create a backup of my audiologist’s fitting.
The problem is that although I can see the saved session, I can’t actually open it. When I select it and click “Load Session,” nothing happens — it just takes me back to the home screen with no fitting data loaded.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there another way I’m supposed to load a previously saved session?
