Also; Note that some Oticon Own models (without 2.4 GHz wireless) may be too small, (or optionally did not select a wireless build choice) to contain a wireless radio component and therefore cannot be fit using a wireless hearing aid programming device such as the ubiquitous/Industry-standard Noahlink Wireless.

Many thanks @pvc. I have installed it and now will get a Noahlink. I wanted to make sure I could install the software first.

I have used Opn 1 recent purchase, arriving next week. I also picked up my aunt's Kirkland brand ones I have to check after. These are the two I have access to for this test. I might find out what software I need and will come back to request.
 
Tip: You can use the DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF file named (Costco USA Hearing Aid Models) to cross-reference each Costco hearing model with the manufacturer's hearing aid model.

I am not sure if anyone has had any success connecting Amplifon hearing aids using the Audio service 9.8 software because everyone has been silent about success or failure. I suspect the results were all failure and if that's the case then I don't know where to find Smartfit Amplifon?
