Fitting software for Starkey Edge AI

Hello. I really messed up buying my Starkey Edge 16's in Mexico. I can only get one to hook up on Bluetooth. My "Starkey Guy" in Mexico speaks less English than I do Spanish....it doesn't help that I can hear him! I would like to try the software myself. Is that possible?
 
I'd appreciate a DM with some info on acquiring the software as well, my DM's to others have not borne fruit.

i would be happy, if someone can give me PatientBase Setup 27.0.10001.0 and Starkey Pro Fit 2024.1 aka Setup 4.0 or newer.
Does anyone know, if Audible Vitality AI 24 can be programmed with it, too? Seems to be the same Hardware.
 
Hi there. Actually you need to install the latest software: PatientBase Setup 28.0.10003.0 and Starkey ProFit 2025.1.

For programming Audibel Vitality AI install latest software:
  • Starkey ProFit 2025.1 (at time of writing it is ProFit 2025.1: Version: 6.0.10210.0)
  • Starkey Patientbase ( currently PatientBase Setup 28.0.10003.0 )
For programming Audibel Vitality Ai startup the software via Windows Run command. Press Windows-Key + R and enter (copy & paste) the following command line and press Enter.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting

Sorry typo above! The correct start up string

C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting

--> AudibelFitting (with capital F )
 
I installed PatientBase + Starkey Pro Fit Setup 6.0.10210.0

After PC-Reboot i started PatientBase + gave Login + Pass.
All works for Starkey-HearingAids. Also again after the next step.

When i start instead (for testing Audibel-Version):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting
It shows Passwort-Error

At the moment, i have no Starkey or Audibel Hearing Aid. I need this maybe for the future.
I am on Phonak HearingAids since 2019 and run until now Phonak Target. All works well with it.

Today t tried it again.
When i opened a -new- Patient Database, it works.
