Genie Software

I need a copy as well. I have Hearsuite for Philips but not Genie 2 for Oticon Intents.

@pvc, Not sure what is wrong with account. Hovering over avatar does not show anything wrong. I did not receive emails and news was unchecked so I checked it thinking that could be the problem you are referring too?

Thanks for letting me know, perhaps now I can receive emails.
 
Maybe start a new account and abandon this one?

Sorry, I almost forgot;
  • Oticon Genie 2 has a built-in Updater that runs in the background
  • You can access it from your Windows Sys Tray
  • Or, you can access it from Genie 2 by Clicking the "?" in Genie 2's Left Pane and the select "Check for updates"
btw> you can find (whatever else you may be curious about) by clicking the Clicking the "?" in Genie 2's Left Pane!
