Hello all.My mother is a patient of biaural sensorineural hearing loss for more than 10 yrs.We are planning a hearing aid change now.One of the audiologist suggested Phonak Naida q50sp(12 channel) for both her ears,another suggested Siemens BTE Motion 3mi(24 channel) for right ear and sirion(12 channel) for left ear.I am uploading the recent audiograms.Now my questions are
1.which should be my ideal choice.
2.In both ears there are severe to profound hearing loss,will it be better increasing the channels?(cost vs benefit is of course a factor to consider)
3.For how long will it be feasible to continue with this hearing aid(approx?).She is a well controlled diabetic.
Its really urgent cause Ill be leaving in 3 days and have to decide within that.
