I am new to this forum and process. My husband has a set of TH Premium 5 RIC hearing aids that were given to him. We would like to tune them ourselves. As I understand it, I need software and also an intermediary device to program the hearing aids. For an intermediary device, it looks like the Signia ConnexxAir or the Noahlink Wireless might work... I can get the NoahLink Wireless 2 on Amazon, would that work? A quick internet search shows me that the Connexx 9 is compatible with these hearing aids, but I am not seeing how to obtain this software. Can you point me in the right direction?
