Hello everyone, I am 60 years old and have around 50 dB hearing loss in both ears. I have also had tinnitus for years. I bought hearing aids from AliExpress and they work reasonably well. However, I am looking for better hearing aids.

Hello - wondering if you could let me know which hearing aids you bought? I currently have CIC Phonak Visto Q50's but one of them is damaged beyond repair. They are excellent even though they are at least 10 years old
