New to the forum. Not, NOT happy with current aids. Had them since Sept 2024, and problems from get-go. They're Costco Philips, and very erratic. Charger had to be replaced about 3 months in, and it's one thing after.. well you know. Keep falling out; they assure me there are no smaller domes (but I had good fit in earlier Phonaks). Tech turned gain way high, now it blasts, or else is so faint I can't hear family. Phones are a lost cause. I've heard these are excellent aids, but boy am I frustrated! Thanks for listening, so to speak...
