Help with programming

Can i ask about little programming things.
Its about the voices semi sharp and soft voices i mean on speach. Sound comes little sharp and soft and some time didnt understand the speach.. I have sloping hearing loss in low freq is moderat and high freq sever to very sever
I use starkey cic muse 2400


Can you help and maybe personal experince can help
I have programmer and cabels and inspire x
