Is it possible to use Phonak Target with an Android smartphone?

I need to use Phonak Target outside my home, but I don't have a laptop or tablet, only an Android smartphone. Rather than buying a laptop/tablet specifically only for this purpose, I would first like to find out whether it is possible to run Phonak Target through a Windows 10/11 emulator or compatibility layer on an Android smartphone, which would then be connected to a Noahlink Wireless / Noahlink Wireless 2. I'm still evaluating the options, so I haven't decided yet whether Noahlink Wireless 2, the older version, or another equivalent programming interface would be the best choice for this particular setup.

I had a look at @pvc's excellent guides: DIY School Hearing Aids v2.2 and DIY School Legacy Hearing Aids v2.2, and I think they contain some interesting points relevant to this project:

• Noahlink Wireless 2 – DIY User Guide: describes the USB-C connection of Noahlink Wireless 2 and, more importantly, the driver issue on ARM platforms, including a workaround using modified drivers.
• 02 How to Program your Hearing Aids, Step 1–2: recommends installing the fitting software first and only then connecting/purchasing the programming interface, partly because of driver issues.

DIY School Legacy Hearing Aids v2.2

• Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Phonak: for the Naída M-SP, both Noahlink Wireless and Hi-Pro are listed as possible programming interfaces. Note: I haven't decided on the exact Phonak BTE model yet, but I'm currently leaning toward the Naida family.
• Evolution of the Hearing Aid Programming Devices: distinguishes the old serial Hi-Pro from the USB Hi-Pro and mini-Pro.

Has anyone tried setting up Phonak Target running through a Windows emulator (e.g. Winlator or Wine) on an Android mobile device, using Noahlink Wireless (1 or 2) or USB Hi-Pro/mini-Pro, and actually got it working?
