Low audio in hearing aids

When I have paired the intent 1s to my phone for 2 way audio the volume of the caller is very low and nearly impossible to hear them
All volumes are turned to max
Is there any setting in genie 2 for to sort this

Unfortunately, you cannot change these settings and immediately hear the streaming results at the same time.

So, you should cycle through several fitting sessions where you;
  • make a change for the accessory and save the settings
  • go test the streaming quality results
Also, your Audi cannot do this for you because he/she cannot hear what you hear.

Just a bit Off Topic don't you think? also why do you need Connexx? also which Connexx?
