Have had menieres since 2002. Recently developed in second ear. Any advice on best HA for meniers?
 
Talk to your audiologist or ENT. What HA's you get depend on degree of hearing loss. No brand that I know of are specific for meniers.
 
Meniers disease can be develop at any age, but mostly it was happened to adult. It was find through studies that Meniers was occur due to the anxiety problem. For this you must concern to audiologist and Physiopedia.
 
Meniere usually has a low frequency fluctuation hearing loss and so I would recommend a RIC product with a custom mold. I would have volume controls unlinked as so you can set each hearing aid volume individually as the hearing could fluctuate just on one side.
