Hello and thanks for help
I have signia inso 5x and have Hipro programmer with long cable CS44 and adapter for signia cic cs56 3 pin and im trying to connect on Connexx 9.11 and telling me msg that problem on comucation or hearing aid not support

I see the audiolgist have same programmer and cabels they are same... What i can i do please i need help cuz its very far distance to me to go again to audiolgist. Thanks all
