need help signia run sp

the regular signia app only allows volume, cannot figure how to get to the 4 preset programs on the Signia Run SP i do have the mobile fitting app, i cannot get into the adjustments, reason is i think it need an audiogram uploaded, i do have my audiogram but i do not know how to do it, does the mobile fitting app need the audiogram uploaded to get in the adjustments. does anyone know if the conexx app are easier to use

Hello,
I use the Signia app (android) which is free. I think it is convenient and useful: you can modify some basic parameters like "volume" or "balance" (french version) , the program to use (programs must be installed by the audioprothesist - I have 5 programs). If you enable Wifi AND Bluetooth on your smartphone, you get also the "Signia assistant" that enables some other corrective changes and the telecare (that I didn't already used).

BUT : the next time you power off your Signia aids, all your changes are lost and you will have to make them again - they are not preserved.
