New Software Update (Unitron TrueFit 5.4.0.27915) for Moxi Vivante RICs is available.
If you already have Unitron TrueFit installed then you can download and install Unitron TrueFit 5.4 using the Check for Updates feature which is built into TrueFit as the menu option File/Software Updates.
Alternatively, if you don't have Unitron TrueFit installed then you can try reading the first DIY School Hearing Aids PDF file named (01 Free Hearing Aid Fitting Software) where you will find information and a suggested procedure for obtaining Unitron's TrueFit fitting software. Tip: Posting a software request on the DIY School (v2.2) topic might result in other DIY members sharing with you.
Two new Receiver-In-Canal/RIC hearing aids were released (one with a Telecoil). Plus a new charging case with magnetic pull insertion. Here's a Unitron documentation link for -> Unitron Vivante.
I also updated the DIY School PDF file named (Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Unitron) to specify that (NW=Noahlink Wireless) should be used as the hearing aid programming device for the two new RICs. Unitron calls this a new platform. Maybe that's debatable? But since they gave it a new platform name (Vivante), then our DIY School documentation will abide and describe the new hearing aids as such;
