Little bit about me, I’ve had hearing aids since 2016 which are resound LT9-CIC-LP left and right. I’ve had a huge struggle to get them reprogrammed as they’re not doing what they should due to my hearing degrading. However I have approached several companies to get them reprogrammed and all they are after is a new sale, even so far as to invite me in and suddenly oh I don’t know what cables they use I’ll have to check with rep, only rep can’t be contacted and move on to try sell again.
I’ve got a hi-pro usb, and want to learn as much as I can and program these myself, I’m looking for a link to ascenta 3.9 if anyone can point me in the right direction. It may well transpire I need new hearing aids and if I have to I will get them. Just annoying it’s such a closed network and professionals not will to help, along with above I been and had several hearing tests over the last month
