Oticon Novasense Geneve Hearing Aids

Hi all here I have pair of oticon Novasense (Geneve) BTE legacy Rebranded hearing aids,shape is same as legacy oticon spirit zest or synergy.., I have adapter and cs44 cable also Hipro but its not connecting with Genie 2017 I think I need an unlock code does anyone knows about these hearing aids thanks

Hi Sajjad,

Did you make sure that the CS44 cables that you got, have the right pin-out for your hearing aids? Phonak or Starkey CS-44 cables differ from the standard Oticon Wires. I have attached the file from the Hearing Aid DIY School

Thanks I have both cables but none of them detecting I think it's software or unlock code problem

On the other hand, the shape can rarely be used to determine the manufacturer of a hearing aid.

ChatGPT says that Novasense Geneve Hearing aids were made by Novasense a swiss company. Google AI Overview indicates that Novasense was a hearing aid manufacturer in the Netherlands that now appears as a dead pooled company. AI=artificial idiocy?

A post at forum.hearingtracker.com mentions that Novasense was a private brand of hearing aids, and that they were Unitron Devices.



I guess the right first step is to determine who made the Novasense Geneve Hearing Aids.

Is there any additional information inside the battery compartment or anywhere on the hearing aids?

From the picture attached to this post, the Novasense Geneve hearing aids are in a Sonic Innovations box. Sonic Innovations is Sonic, one of the Demant brands along with Philips, Oticon, Bernafon. If they are indeed Sonic, the fitting software needed would be the Sonic Express Fit?

I don't know its oticon brand or not only from shape I thought it may be oticon I tried Genie 2012.,Genie 2017 but couldn't connect.Genie 2012 says you need new version of Genie, Genie 2 says your aid is legacy and Genie 2017 says nothing
