Oticon xceed 3 shutdown and restarting

Here is problem with oticon xceed 3,it's shutting down and restart after about 5 to 10 minutes sometime it works continously but when I press volume button (down) then its stop working and after few seconds restarts again It's not the battery issue ,I searched in Internet there was written that may be requires updating,but in Genie 2 firmware (instrument update) the device is updated,when i connect programing cable then it works continously, Does anyone know its programming problem or Hearing aid needs repairing thanks

Are the (END FITTING / Controls) setup to the defaults as in this image?

After pressing save and exit here is written you are leaving the fitting for the selected client I couldn't find any other save option in software
