Phonak Audéo I70-R bluetooth streaming problem

My hearing aids are coupled to my iPhone, as well as my iPad.
When streaming audio from the phone, it works as it should.
When streaming audio from the iPad, I get a temporary distortion and interruption every few minutes…

Anyone has the same experience and know a solution or workaround?

I've had the same problem. Check that the iPad has no other active Bluetooth connections and try to delete the Bluetooth connection and re-create it. Sometimes turning the BT on/off helps. Rebooting the HA also works.
Phonak uses standard Bluetooth connections, and the troubleshooting steps are the same as any other Bluetooth audio device.
