Phonak Target - HELP needed

I am new here so please forgive me if I am not in the correct place for this!!! I have phonak sphere hearing aids and have been using Target for some time but when I save my comments on the completed session I cannot find a place where I can read those comments later on!!! I'm sure it must be obvious but I simply cannot find it. Any help or advice would be most welcome.

When you run Phonak Target as Standalone/without-Noah it begins at (Clients & sessions)'

• Click the expansion arrow on one of your clients in order to show all of that clients previous sessions
• Select one of the previous sessions
• Click Open session
