Hi Im looking for a download for the Starkey ProFit for my devices Starkey Livio 2400.

Starkey ProFit is for newer model hearing aids. Use Starkey Inspire for older models. Both require PatientBase.

Yes you can. But it won't work. Instead, you should use Starkey Patient Database and Starkey Inspire X.

Also read a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF file named (01 Free Hearing Aid Fitting Software) for install instructions, and also I have updated the same PDF file to include new instructions for how to find some/most Hearing Aid Fitting Software, so you should try that.
