Well, I think it was time to visit my audiologist. I was fitted with a pair of Resounds that feature a masking circuit. Not only was my hearing restored to near perfect but now I was able to turn on the masking circuit when things really started to get annoying with my ringing. The masker circuit works and some relief was found.
I highly recommend to anyone that has hearing problems to get yourself checked and fitted for these new devices. The way this goes is the sooner you get checked the more of YOUR hearing you can save.
