Should I Upgrade?

I love my Phonak Audeo v70 hearing aides! I've had them for 2 years and they have served me very well by helping me hear again. They have also been very resilient and take some abuse (canoeing for example and forgetting to take them off when I step into the shower). My question is how often should one upgrade? And what extras would I get at this point if I upgraded?
