I am a student at the McCormick School of Engineering, and currently working on a class project about hearing aids. My team and I are working on developing a smart hearing aid that will be able to improve the quality of life for the hearing impaired. We would like to get some feedback from the hearing aid community to determine which features would serve the community best. I was a little confused by the survey questions regarding assisted caring and associated services. Are you trying to engineer a Smart Phone type of hearing aid that includes functions other than speech/sound amplification?
