Do you know anything about the TeleCare code?
It is a 6-digit code, do you think you could provide it to me?

below from Google AI Overview
A "telecare code" is a unique, typically 6-digit code used to activate and connect to a telecare service, often within the context of hearing aid apps like Signia. This code, provided by a hearing care professional, allows for remote support and adjustments to the hearing aids.

It's to allow someone (other than yourself) typically your Audiologist that you are paying for service, to remotely adjust your hearing aids. It's an alternative to an office visit.

It would be in relation to Rexton's TeleCare. To put it in the Rexton App and be able to make specific modifications through the App. In the Connexx Rexton app, there are also options dependent on this TeleCare.

Find Big-5 software below in alphabetical order by manufacturer.

But first, read this list of things to consider!

Hardware Prerequisites: In addition to getting the free fitting software, you will need a hearing aid programming device/hardware and maybe cables and connectors for Legacy hearing aids. For most (but not all) recently sold hearing aids (around 2023 and later), the device you will need is a Noahlink Wireless 2 or Noahlink Wireless. You cannot use Remote Fitting as it requires a professional account! Some manufacturers even require a hearing aid programming device for the initial programming as a prerequisite to Remote Fitting!
