When installing Widex Compass GPS 4.5, the multiple choices for Language and Region (see images below) work okay now.

I found my Round Tuit ;) An earlier version works. HMm; I wonder if it will take updates?

HMm; I think I will "Actuallisierung herunyerladen" Compass 4.5 whatever that means. Oh, Google translate say it means "Download update".

Voila!! Compass GPS 4.5 now working with German Language interface!

Someone fixed this. It's working now, any language.

I tried this method on version 4.8 but it didn't work. Only English is installed and with the update to 4.9 other languages are not available. Can you give me the link to that version? Sorry for using Translete. Thanks.
 
By "that version" I think you are asking for Widex Compass GPS 4.9. Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation.
 
Sorry, I don't respond to detailed discussions in PM/Private Message/Conversation. When discussed in Private Conversation, then no one else will get any future benefit/clues about how things work.

RE: Below looking for language packs, the recent versions of Widex Compass GPS only has English language packs. Though, there is and older version of (Coselgi CTune_II_4_0_99) which is an old name for Compass GPS. This may (or may not be useful for your issue). Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation for info on how to find these old language packs.

I downloaded the version you sent, but as you can see, it does not include other languages. That's why I asked for the 4.5 version link, thinking that it might download with the update.

  • Are you using old software with old language packs?
  • Are you using new software with old language packs?

OIC :p - In addition to (Compass GPS version 4.5) missing language packs (Compass GPS version 4.9) was also missing language packs.

Solution: Copy language packs from (Compass GPS version 4.8) to (Compass GPS version 4.9)
Better Solution: A friend found the complete (Compass GPS version 4.9) :cool:
