Hi, i have phonak Naida I UP i need ipfg 2.4 software to fit them, can i get link for download please?

I downloaded the new Phonak Target 9.0.1 software today. I was able to add my name to the software as a patient, but could not find any other settings or adjustments available to preview on the software. I am wondering if I downloaded it incorrectly, or I don't know where to look, or I need the Noahlink W2 which I am ordering in the morning, before I can see what I will call a complete dashboard of settings??? I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.
Thanks all.
Where would you downloaded the software?

  • It's more than a decade old (2013-Q3) but some like the old BTEs.
  • Here's a User Guide for → Phonak Baseo Q (Q15, Q10, Q5)
  • Even though it is old, you can still use Phonak Target 10.1.1 fitting software
  • But you will need to use a Legacy hearing aid programming device (with more research needed for this connection)

But you will need to use a Legacy hearing aid programming device (with more research needed for this connection)
See → Phonak Baseo Q (Q15/Q10/Q5) Product information on (page 4 of 6) Fitting/Interfaces. You will need to use a (Hi Pro or mini Pro) hearing aid programming device, plus Phonak CS44a cables that have pins 3&4 reversed from standard CS44 cables.

I am guessing that the tiny 4-pin female end of the CS44a cable plugs directly into a 4-pin male connection on the back of your Phonak Baseo Q5, maybe hidden underneath a tiny door, and that door can be pried open with a small tool. Or maybe the 4-pin male connection is inside the battery compartment. It's very small and may require eagle-eyes or a magnifying glass.
