Oticon JET 1 BTE HA’s not showing up in Genie 2

Hiya. I am new to this so I assume I’ve just messed something up. I have a copy of genie 2 and I have a noahlink wireless. Genie can see the noahlink and talk to it but it can not find my hearing aids. I have tried removing them from the Bluetooth on my phone and turned off Bluetooth and wifi from my pc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and still have no luck. Any help would be appreciated

which region have you selected in Genie 2 settings?
Some hearing aid models are country dependent. Have you tried to change the region setting to another region (e.g. choose some country located in Europe: France, Germany , UK )

What version of Genie 2 have you installed ? 2025.1. , 2025.2. or 2026.1 ?

What version of Oticon Jet do you have? Oticon Jet (generation 2022) or Oticon Jet PX (generation 2025)

Oticon Jet gen. 2022 is based on "Velox" Plattform , like Opn 2 and Siya, with the same technologies like "Multiband Adaptive Directionality LX", "Noise Reduction LX", "Speech Rescue LX" und "Feedback Shield LX" -> no DNN / Ai

Oticon Jet PX 2025 is based on Polaris platform found in Oticon More, Jet PX introduces AI-driven features—including a built-in Deep Neural Network (DNN).

You could try an older Version of Oticon Genie 2 , like version 2022.2.

I believe I have jet 2022 generation I purchased second hand so am not 100% sure. I will try an older version. Where would I find the download 2022.2?
