Phillips HearSuite fitting software

Hi. I’m new to the forum and am interested in programming my Philips 9040. I have ordered the NoahLink, watched some YouTube videos, and now need the Philips HearSuite software. Can I get it here? Thanks, Vinnie

July 13, 2026 Costco updated the firmware on my Philips 9050 hearing aids. Since then, my installation of Philips HearSuite 2025.2 build number 25.21.155 no longer connects to my hearing aids. I get the message 'Searching for instruments.' Then I get 'Instrument is not supported in this fitting software.' Well, THAT'S a bummer. It worked fine before the firmware update. I have been successfully tuning my own HA for over eight months. I called Costco. They said they didn't lock the hearing aids. They know I custom tune my HA after they perform an audiogram.

Costco says they are using Hearsuite 2026.1. I can't find 2026.1 anywhere and the Hearsuite updater isn't helping. Philips only lists 2025.2 on there website at https://www.hearingsolutions.philips.com/en-us/for-professionals/hearsuite/download-fitting-software

Where can I find v2026.1. Thanks for your help.

Can someone send me the link for the latest hearsuite software. I am a DIYer and recently inherited a pair.

Turns out my VPN was parked in Spain. I switched to a USA server and the HearSuite update worked!

I am now on v2026.1 build 26.9.396 update level 26.1-513690 after updating from within v2025.2.

I hope this helps others.
