Widex 3.4 to 4.8 still possible

I wear Moments and have been using the Widex Compass on my old PC. I originally installed v3.4 and over time it updated to 4.8. I now have a new PC and the only install I have is the USB key that is 3.4. I installed that but the updated says it can't find a server and thus won't update to 4.8 and does not run. I guess this is because of the Cloud situation you all have been discussing. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I might use this old version of Compass and have it update to 4.8?
